About:Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles
Hello,
I had been working in Shanghai for 2 years, then went on vacation in Peru. When I got another position in Shanghai and went to the Chinese consulate here in Lima Peru (with all necessary documents), they told me they could not give me a work visa...or any type of visa because I was not a Peru citizien. But, the first time I got a visa for China 2 years ago I was in Lima and had no difficulties. Has there been a policy change? I have not lived in the US for many years, so can I go to the Chinese consulate in LA and get this visa???
thannk you
david
