I have another questions: I found that from 1-8 October in China are holidays, will Chinese Embassy in Bern will work these days ? If not, will I manage to apply for a visa after the 8th of October, if my flight is on 15th October?

Could I apply for visa for me and for my husband? (without his presents at the Embassy)
