About:Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles

Hello:
I kind of had already some information about the Chinese Visa; however, I am not totally sure if I have everything prepare in order to get the visa. Is for that reason that I would like to know what do I exactly need in order to get the visa to go to china just for the "canton fair 2009." I supposed to be in there from 10/15/2009 until 10/28/2009. Also, I actually live in Colorado, but I want to go to Los Angeles to get my visa because it will be easier to go there instead of Chicago. In addition, I am a Bolivian citizen, but I have the student visa in the U.S.
I would be in Los Angeles this coming thrusday, do you think I can get the visa by friday? if not, monday or tuesday possibly?
Thanks

I'm afraid you have to go to Chicago to apply for the Chian visa, since Colorado is under the China consulate in Chicago's Consular District.
The requirements are:
1. One completely filled out Visa Application Form of the People's Republic of China with one passport photo affix to it.
2. Original passport with at least one blank visa page and it's valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of application.
3. Non-US citizens are required to submit a photocopy of the valid US visa or Green Card.
4. A Visa Notice from the an authorized Chinese unit.
5. An invitation letter from the Canton Fair.
