Hello: My name is Humberto Vargas and have a couple of questions because I am going to china at the end of october. I've trying to contact some one from the consulate but there are only record messages that don't help me with my questions.
I am a student from Bolivia and I am doing my studies in Colorado, so my question is to now if I can do my chinese visa in Los Angeles. Also, I wonder what I exactly need in order to get the visa so I can go the "canton fair 2009" only for like 20 days. If some one can give me phone numbers to contact and real person, it will be really help ful.. However, if some can help me with my questions as well, I will appreciate.
