My mom is arriving at PVG airport with Air China at Terminal 2 (via Beijing)I will be arriving with Japan Airlines 30 minutes later.Can you tell me if the Baggage Claim for Air China and Japan Airlines are in the same area? If not, how far and how can we find each other. Can you email me a detailed map of the aiport? Thank you

Your Japan Airlines will arrive at T1 of PVG, not T2. So, I think you two could not meet each other at the baggage claim. Even if both of you arrive at T2, the baggage claims for international arrival and domestic arrival are separated. The two terminals are connected by a long corridor so if your mother arrive firstly, she could walk to the International Arrival Hall of T1 and meet you there.You could get the map at PVG's webiste at http://www.shanghaiairport.com/en/index.jsp
