About:

my Ghanaian friend's wife gave birth in china at the her visa expires which made it impossible for to go home(Ghana) with the child then. She want to go home now but wants to know if she will be arrested with the baby for over staying

Shen can provide proof of her special situation when exit China, or shen can ask help from the Ghana embassy in China.
