About:Beijing Subway Line 4

My hotel is at Chongwenmen station. From here, can I take the subway to Yiheyuan & Yuanmingyuan? Is the Line 4 in operation yet? Thank you.

Line 4 is planed to be in operation on this Sep. 28. That's when subway lines extend to the Summer Palace and Old Summer Palace
