Question

Thank you mr James for your reply.Is there a very fast train to Beijing downtown from Tianjin Airport?  or from Beijing INternatioal Airport to beijing downtown? I arrive in Tianjin Airport and wishes to go Wang Fu Jing Area (courtyard by marriott). your help is greatly appreciated

Hi, Mr Eddy. No train from Tianjin airport to downtown Beijing. Beijing capital airport has express train to Dongzhimen, east part of downtown. If you arrive in DOngzhimen, you can take Subway Line 2 to Chongwenmen Subway Station, then just walk to the hotel. It wastes a lot of time to go to Beijing airport then to the railway Station. It costs about 20RMB from Bawangfen to the hotel. Other option: Take Tianjin airport but to Tianjin Railway Station (10RMB for about 45 minutes), or you can take a taxi (no more than 50RMB for 30 minutes). Tianjin Railway Station has inter-city bullet train to Beijing South Railway Station. It can reach Beijing 30 minutes later. Then take a taxi to the hotel. The taxi take the similar price and time as from Bawangqiao. Would like to tell more if you have other questions.
