About:Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport

We would like to take the shuttle bus from Shengzhen Hong Kong International Airport but we will take Air Canada Flight. So can we use this transportation service since the website only quotes that only 11 airlines feature this service and Air Canada is not one of them.

Hi, Mrs Travel, it is indeed 13 airlines. I know that it is the transfer link between Hong Kong and Shenzhen, ie, you can check-in in Shenzhen in advance then go directly to Hong KOng airport if you are using those 13 airlines. Shenzhen airport has shuttle buses to Hong Kong airport, which is different from the direct shuttle bus to the pre-check-in service. So, do not worry. You can find the bus at Counter A6 of Arrival Hall, Terminal A of Shenzhen and Counter B6 of Terminal B.
