About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

As we are coming on a tourist visa they will not issue a Double entry to China. Is it possible to visit both HKG and Mainland China?

Of course sure. A Double Entry Visa is required only if you enter China Mainland twice. You just need to plan your entry and exit city properly.
