I am going to arrive to Pudong Airport September 05 (Saturday) at 17:30. Could you tell me if the CITS (China International Travel Service) office still will be open at this time because I should make advanced train reservation to Wuhan for Tuesday . They say it is hard to get tickets for the "D3010" train that leaves from Suzhou to Wuhan at 15:48.
