My friend is a white guy,( a Canadian ) now living in the city of Zhuhai China.He married a Chinese lady 8 years ago at her home town. Now they are seperated and she wants to divorce him. Do they have to go back to the same place where they got married to get the divorce done? Or can they just both sign on the divorce agreement and have it down in Zhuhai or even in Canada?

I think you can just both sign on the divorce agreement and have it down in Zhuhai or even in Canada. However, they have to confirm this with the Chin aembassy in Canada or the Canadian embassy in China.
