About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

Hi, I have been to china many times and I am married to a Chinese and have family there, My last trip was 2007, and had lived there for 8 months in 2004, my question is about criminal record. I was arrest and indited, but do not have a conviction will this be a problem since I have been there many times. and now the new forum ask about it. And what type of statements could I provide for proof i am not risk?
