Question

My Chinese Lady is a widow.   We have applied for her K-1 Visa and plan to marry in USA. Does she need a certificate of marriageability for her K-1 Visa (Fiancee' Visa) or just a death certificate of deceased husband?  Does she need to provide both the death certificate and marriageability certificate to US Embassy?Thanksdoug
