About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

My Chinese Lady is a widow. We have applied for her K-1 Visa and plan to marry in USA. Does she need a "certificate of marriageability" for her K-1 Visa (Fiancee' Visa) or just a death certificate of deceased husband? Does she need to provide both the death certificate and "marriageability certificate" to US Embassy?
Thanks
doug
