Dear Sir. / Madaa'm;
I just want to inquire about the case of my wife.She 's been work in hongkong only for 12 days on her employer as a domestic helper,because of emergency purposes she must go back on the philippines immediately.because of many problems she did not come back immediately in her employer after a week upon her arrival.after 10 days the employer told my wife that she already hired an indonesian tru an agency in hongkong and the helper indonesian will be on her house after a week.the problem now is the employer has been cut the visa of my housewife.My wife is already 45 days here in the philippines.my question now is can my wife can reaapply another visa with different employer or she can use her old visa to enter again in hongkong?her old visa will be valid until july 2011.because s0me agencies told us that how can her old employer cut a visa without a termination agreement signed by the employer and my wife.My wife really wants to work again as domestic helper in hongkong but she doesn't know who'se person telling the truth.Please help us about this matter.Thank you very much!

Yes, your wife's old employer should made a termination agreement signed by the employer and your wife when th eemployer cut the employment contract.
However, your wife need to apply for a new visa with a new employer in Hk if she wanta to enter Hk again.
