Hi,Our Company needs to open a business branch in Chine, I had Corporation Certificate of State of Delaware, I need to get this Corporation certification notarized by Chinese Embassy, so i sent the corporate certification and the photo copy of my passpart, Bank's notarized information, but it was returned, it said that I need the certification of US department of state for all the documents, i am confused, the corporation certificate is the certificate by state of Delaware i was told by Delaware state person, where i get the certificate of US depart. of state?this is a urgent issue, it affect our business operation if i can not get this thing down, your quick help is appreciated greatly!Miss Cai317-372-6591(c)
