About:Embassy & Consulates of Nepal in China

I am a nepalese and currently studying in Australia,I would like to visit Hong Kong for short term during my vacation,may I know how is that possible?Do I need to apply here or I need to ask my sponsor to apply form HK?Which way would be easier and faster?Pls advise,looking forward for your kind concern.
