Hi!
I am planning to go Taiwan for a holiday. I will want to do a lot of shopping and some sight seeing.. Which month is better for me to go if I want to get clothes that I can wear in Singapore? Jan, April or May? Will there be any sales? How will the weather be like in Jan, April or May?
