Huzhou is 9 hours by train from Wenzhou. Taizhou is North of Huzhou, which is further Huzhou from Wezhou. There is no train from Wenzhou to Taizhou. If going by train, you can make a transfer at Shanghai. Wenzhou South Bus station has buses to Taizhou, but only on bus every two days at 11:20 and get to Taizhou 9 hours, later. Still recommend going to Shanghai first and then shift to Taizhou.
