Yes, you need visa to enter Chinese mainland including Shenzhen. It is impractical to take bus to Beijing from Shenzhen. For the fastest train from Shenzhen to beijing will cost over 23 hours. You can choose to fly to Beijing (nearly three hours). Tickets are ok for immigration. You do not need visa to Hong Kong and Macau, only need Chinese visa, one entry is enough.

It costs about 450RMB for the hard sleeper. The bus ticeket from downtown beijing cost only about 30RMB per person. Tourist Bus 010 can be found in Deshengmen, where you can take the bus to Badaling 1 hours later.
