Hello again. This is Lucy. I had one more question about the Z Visa. Is it possible to get the foreignor health exam upon arrival to China? My friend was trying to explain something about it's good to have all your documents and the exam, but you don't have to have everything and can get it done in China and it will be cheaper. SO, I'm trying to clarify what she meant and if this is even possible? I hope my question was clear. Thanks again.

It depends on the China embassy in south Korea who will issue the visa for you finally.
