Dear Sir/ MadamI am a recommended nominee of Postgraduate Scholarships (Library & Information Science Ph.D.) for Year 2009 of Higher education Ministry of Sri Lanka.They asked me to submit filled applications for the process of selecting a university and I submitted the all documents plus Medical Report and waited until the result comes.At this moment my friends have got their final results.  But my name was not appeared on that list.  I contacted the authoritative persons in Min. of higher education find the reason for that.  But they failed to give extract reason for that.That's why I wish to write you to be aware the reason for that. I named three universities. They are Peking University, Wuhan University and Renmin University. If possible could you kindly help me by giving some information regarding my situation as soon as possible.
