About:Chinese Embassy in Fiji

I am going to Hong Kong for a couple of days later next month and was planning on making a day trip to nearby Macau. I'm a Fiji citizen so won't be needing a visa for Hong Kong but should I get Chinese Visa for Macau?

You should apply for a Macau visa for yourone days trip to Macau when you are in Hong Kong.
