About:Taiwan Weather

How likely is there going to be typhoon during the later of September ie. around the last 2 weeks of September? 50% chances that there's going to be typhoon or it's possible but unlikely to have typhoon around that time?

In terms of the situation in 2008, the typhonn may happen frequently in Sep and Oct. But, no serious effection on traveling in the downtown area.
