About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi, for singaporean businessman who need to do business in China and need to travel in-and-out China, I understand that no need to apply Visa, however how about APAC card? need to apply? How many days is Singaporean being granted to stay in China?

APEC Card is also not required to apply for a China visa.

I read through the informaiton again, I dont understnad why for Singaporean Citizens still have to apply the Entry-Visa. Does it means that when they apply the entry-visa, they can stay in China more than 14 days?
