About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I'm from the Philippines. I was born on December 30,1988 at Tsan Yuk hospital. My father is a chinese named Yu, Siu Ming while my mother is a Filipino named Ligaya P. Pardo. Could I not be allowed to work and stay in Hongkong and if ever I'll be allowed how could I do it?,I have not met my father since we went home to the Philippines with my mother way back in 1989?

I don't know that there are relations with your blood. I think you are allowed to work and stay in Hong Kong if you satisfy the work requirements of Hong Kong
