About:Harbin Ice Festival

Hi,

I am planning to have 3 days 2 nite stay in Harbin on 27-29 Dec 09 to see the ice festival. Does the festival already open on those date? If it is not open yet what should I see during the stay.

The openning ceremony of the ice festival is Jan.5 each year, however the celebration lasts one to two months beginning from the end of first year to the next new year.
