There is a possibility there could be 4 on the trip. if the taxi cannot hold 4 passengers what do you use?

Jessica, together with your guide and diver and your 4, a taxi is certainly not enough to hold your group, at least a minivan needed. don't care about this kind of trivial things, the tour company will be responsible for all these trifling matters. what you need to do is to enjoy your travel lightheartedly.
