I was unable to take the ferry from Hong Kong to Fuyong terminal as the service has been cancelled.  Is the ferry still available from Fuyong to HKIA?

Still not available too. Suggest you take ferry to Tsim Sha Tsui and transfer to HK airport by other means of trans.
