About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

I looked at the form to be completed for Chinese Visa Applications for tourists and have question: Form asks Invitor, Contact or relative in China.....We do NOT have a Relative or contact in China...would we provide name/address and phone number of hte Hotel we have reservations at? ALSO: Can you explian what is meant by Single, double or Multi entry??

You can write N/A for the item on the Visa Application Form which is not suitable for you. Single, double or multi entry means you can enter China for one time, two times or many times within its validity
