Hi, most probably, you are cheated. Liuyang is in Hunan province but not in jiangxi. 410300 is the zip code of Liuyang of Hunan. I think their purpose is to cheat money from you. Once they get the money, they will not reply to you. You need to complain in my opinion. Do you have any other information about the company? The address they give you is totally wrong! ou need to know other information about the company or it is very hard to get your money back. If you do not mind, you can tell your story, thus people who see it will not cheat by them.

DO NOT BUY from them as they are just scammers. Return address is incorrect and no answer to emails asking for refund. Cost me nearly €300 for a pair of shoes that are of really bad quality and no chance of a refund. Does anybody know where I can report this company to as it is really terrible how people are being ripped off!!

Dear Linda, i am so sorry to hear about that, I suggested you to post this on the community of this website. We should let more people know that the website is a scam, thus there will be less people be cheated by them.

Hi I too have had problems, not with same company as yours please see below to warn others of internet scammers.
Very naively I purchased what I expected to be a pair of short chestnut UGG boots style no.5825 from company (who are still trading) for 56.72 as the advert was on ebay I thought I was safe but I have now found out it is a link to another site nothing to do with ebay. When I received boots you could see that they were nothing like ones advertised on site and I was later informed that they were fakes as I had thought. After alot of investigations of my own I managed to track down company which is in China didn’t say that on site! and contact company involved and told them of my concerns and they apologised and said they were not sure how this could have happened but told me to send boots back to them recorded delivery and they would gladly refund. I paid 17.70 to return and company were in constant comunication with me however they have now signed for boots and will not refund or contact me so have my boots and money! trading standards, consumer advice, CAB, Customs, Chinese embassy and paypal all cant help me say what they are doing is ok. I know I have lost my money but want to warn others that internet sellers can look as if they are British traders and have photos of real ugg boots but send you through items that are counterfeit and as a consumer we are not protected and do not have a leg to stand on, if I can help save one other person from making same mistake as I have I will feel happier.
