i am visiting sanghai on 15th july 2009 for four suggest days on abussness trip plesas suuggest acheap and best stay point and what is the good thing for shopingh and historical placeses for visting.

The most convient place must be the Bund area, but the price is a little higher. For shopping, I recommend you to explore the street near Yuyuan Garden. Yuyuan Garden, Qibao Old Town, Shanghai Museum as well as the Jade Temple are all good historical places for visit.
