About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Hello, I am a Brazilian citizen living in Japan with permanent Visa.
I will travel to Netherland (1 month trip with return fixed) by China Air, with connection in Taipe, around 5h of waiting in the airport.
I read some info in the Net, but it was not much clear. Tried to call the Chinese Embassy, but they never answer.
So, I had the hope that someone here could help me and tell me if I will need a transit visa in this trip.
Thanks a lot.
Sandra

You should confirm this issue with the airline company. They know the visa regulations
