I hope I can go to Guilin and Yanghsuo in august, and I would like some advice.Here I post my plan so any suggestion is wellcome.Day one.Arriving by plane in Guilin. Enjoy the city and sourrundings. Enjoy night view of the city and pagodas.Day two. Travel to Yangshuo, by boat. First going to Yangdi by bus an getting on a fisherman's boat to Xingping. This is recommended in the Travel Guide, but I wouldn't like to have problems with the boat. Is the price in the web for one boat or for person (we are two).Enjoy the afternoon in Yangshuo sourroundings (maybe rent a bike).Day three and four . Enjoy Yangshuo. Maybe going to Longsheng Dragon's Backbone Rice Terraces. any suggestion?Day five. Leaving to Nanning by bus. Where is or which is the timetable and prices?Is this Ok? Any suggestion or change?

Day two, the boat price should be by person.Day three, Yangshuo has no public bus to Longsheng directly. So, you have to return to Guilin and then to Longsheng. Or, hire a taxi to dirve you to Longsheng directly. Stay one night at Longsheng and return to Guilin on the fourth day.Day five: leaving for Nanning from Guilin. The bus takes about 4 hours and costs about 100yuan per person.

You could take bus at Guilin Bus Terminal to Longsheng without stops, frequent choice from 07:00 to 18:20 at an interval of 40 minutes. The fare is 29RMB per person and the journey is about 2.5 hours. After arriving in Longsheng County, transfer to a bus to the Dazhai terrace. The bus will depart once every 30 minutes from 07:00 to 16:40. The journey is about 1.5 hours and costs 7RMB per person.Just for your reference!

Oh, forget to tell you that the Pano Rama Hotel in Ping'an Terrace operats one direct coache from Guilin city to the terrace everyday. The special bus departs from Guilin South Railway Station at 09:00, taking 2.5 hours and costing 40RMB per person. And, you could contact with the boss in advance to tell him your hotel address in Guilin, then the coach will pick you up at the hotel. Hi Rauldeandres, first thing about the boat in Xingping, usually the boat at least can take 30 pax, that's not a raft. And the second thing is Longsheng is far away from Yangshuo(at least takes 3 hours by bus single) so u can not stay in Longsheng & Yangshuo at the same day. But longsheng is worth to visit, very special ^-^ Enjoy ur trip!
