About:Exhibition of Decorations and Artwork

We are looking for a hotel around Jinshanwei near Shanghai. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Also, where is the most interesting area in Shanghai city to stay for a few days for someone who has not been there before.

I think you could find a hotel in Jinshan District, such as the Jinshan Seagull Hotel. Of course, you could stay in the town and look for a hotel when you arrive there.

As for in Shanghai, you could stay along the Nanjing Rd, the People's Square, area around Jing'an Temple and Hongkou. These places are traveling and transportation hub so that you could explore Shanghai easily.
