About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

I am an American citizen who has been living in Japan. Is it possible to have a friend apply for a single entry visa if I provide him with the necessary materials? I would be picking up the visa myself in a few weeks.

Sorry sir, you must go to the embassy to apply for the visa in person, but you can entrust someone else to collect the visa for you later.
