About:Shanghai Old Street

I hope to find the house in Shanghai where my grandparents lived and where my father was born, but I only have its address as it was in English before 1949. How could I find the name of the street now ?

So, what is the address as it was before 1949? Some places of Shanghai has changed its Chinese name but their old English name may be still remained now.
