Please inform, what is the difference in quality between the Century Star and the President No. 2?

Century Star is 5 star and President No. 2 is 4 star. In terms of the quality, both two cruise ships are very reliable and safe. Of course the facilities in the Century Star is much better than it is in the President No. 2 cruise ship, but with the higher price.
