what are differences going upstream versus downstream?

I saw there is no difference on the sightseeing schedule between the downstream and upstream Yangtze River Cruise. Maybe the only difference lies in the duration as the downstream cruise extends to 4 days while the upstream extends to 5 days. Am I right?
