Dear sir/madam, am Okumu Geoffrey a graduate student of Makerere University Faculty of Science Department of Physics.i got a second class upper Degree and I would like to inquire if at all there exists some scholarships for a masters of physics provided by the Government of China to Ugandans through the Embassy.
