About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

I have some enquires about my application for Chinese visa, I call the visa office for many times, however, I can't get through the lines. I doubt that nobody works in the office

As far I know, the Chinese embassy in Washington receives about 300 calls from different states each day. It has only a person answering phone calls all day, so if you have a question to which you can't find the answer on the website, you'd better e-mail or fax it to the embassy. It will call you back as soon as possible
