My husband(USA citizen) and I (Mexican and US recident) are planing to take a cruise from Seattle, WA. all the way to Hong Knog in September. My question is: Is the Chinese Consulate issuing tourist visas to Mexicans? Please answer as soon as posible, the payment is due on June 20th. Thanks.
