About:Changchun

i will be travelling from Perak. May I know the time and location map for the Visa Application venue? Also, can it be done in the morning or before 2pm? As we need to get back to Perak and the other person needs to travel to Singapore on the same day.

For Visa: Tel: 60-3-21645250.
I'm afraid you're not able to get the visa before 2 pm, for it ususally takes one day even for the rush service.
