About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

I plan on visiting China in a couple months from now. I reside several hundred miles away from any of the Chinese consulates and embassy. How do I obtain a visa for China?

The Chinese consulates in USA don't accept mail visa application, so you can entrust a relative, friend, travel/visa agent (no power of attorney is required) to come to the visa office for the application process.
