Hi, which school do you apply for?? If you want to apply a visa, you need to ask for the JW202 given by the school you applied. You can download a JW202 form But it is useless if you write it yourself in order to get a visa.

My brother is studying there at the moment, but the school cannot seem to help me get the form so he actually has to travel back and forth to renew his tourist visa... Hi, there are totally 4 pages of the form, but for the students, they just need to fill the first page, that's also why there is just the first page sample on the website. For the form, if you apply a school successfully, they will send you the first page to ask you have your signature on it.And it is not sold to the students, only the school has the right to get. To be honest, i still feel confused about what is your purpose of getting this form. If you write it yourself, it is useless. My suggestion is to contact with your school!
