About:Ta'er Monastery

I am Filipina, I have a friend who is also a foreigner in China and he also want me to come for a visit. Do I need for his invitaion.? What other things I need to do aside from the passport?

Documents required your application for an L visa for China:
1. Actual passport, which must have at least 6 months validity left and minimum 2 remaining blank visa pages
2. A properly filled application form a recently taken photo attached
3. An invitation letter from your friend (his address and contact information must be written in the letter)
4. Two-way air tickets and confirmed hotel reservation
