Dear Sir/Madam,
I inten to sell off my apartment in Shunde, Foshan. I am required to prepare and validate my purchase and sales document, passport, marriage certificate etc. As it may take longer time to get it validate in local Shunde Government, can the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia verify and chop sign these documents?
