there were around 3 emperors at the time. the emperors were Qin Shi Huangdi, mongoli chang and ling zhoah

China Great Wall was built from the Spring and Autumn Period (770 BC - 476 BC)to Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644). The Emperor Qin Shihuang is the first emperor to order to build the wall.
