if i apply visa on tuesay, when can i get my visa?

If I apply visa on Tuesay, when can I get my visa? It takes 4 working days for processing visa application.Will I get on Friday or Monday? Just assume not public holidays within that period of time.

Normally, you can pick it up on Friday. When you submit your application, the date of pick-up will be typed on the pick-up sheet.
