Trains are not available between Beijing and Chaoyang City in Liaoning. You can go to Jinzhou from Beijing by train and then go to Chaoyang from Jinzhou by train as well. If you don't want to transfer to Jinzhou on the way, you may take a coach bus at Beijing Bawangfen Bus Station to go to Jinzhou. This bus station provides direct buses to Chaoyang. Beijing Bawangfen Bus Station is located at the end of the Dawang Road. You can get there by subway and get off at the Dawang Road (Dawang Lu) Subway Station.
